MES/Process Computing Engineer. Multi-year contract!

Reporting to the MES Team Leader, you will work closely with the Automation, Health Safety & Management, and Product Innovation & Technology Teams, as well as external contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for the delivery of production and quality targets
• Provide engineering support and project management for delivery of capital projects
• Compliance with requirements of the engineering design process
• Complete Technical and Performance Specifications of upgraded system
• Identify and define work scopes, technical specifications and interfaces
• Design and implement custom solutions where required
• Contribute to sharing knowledge and experience

You will possess

• Experience working in industrial manufacturing
• Supporting and/or implementing MES Systems
• Experience with:

• Programming; C/C++/C#, Java, JS, Python, Fortran
• HMI/SCADA & Historian Applications.
• Databases & Integration
• Ethernet & IP Networking
• PLC, DCS, RTU, I/O & IoT systems
• Windows, Linux & Virtualisation Administration

• Process analysis / improvement
• Working with large complex databases
• Proficient at interpreting engineering data
