  • Conduct reliability assessments and analyses of critical infrastructure assets within the water industry.
  • Develop and implement reliability improvement plans and strategies.
  • Perform root cause analysis of failures and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability considerations are integrated into project designs and operations.
  • Monitor and report on the performance and reliability of structural assets.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance and operations teams.
  • Participate in the development and review of maintenance strategies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably within the water industry or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with reliability analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to water infrastructure.
