- Conduct reliability assessments and analyses of critical infrastructure assets within the water industry.
- Develop and implement reliability improvement plans and strategies.
- Perform root cause analysis of failures and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability considerations are integrated into project designs and operations.
- Monitor and report on the performance and reliability of structural assets.
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance and operations teams.
- Participate in the development and review of maintenance strategies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Required Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably within the water industry or similar.
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles and methodologies.
- Experience with reliability analysis tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to water infrastructure.
