Ass. Residential Development Manager - Top $$$

Ass. Development Manager to play key role in the delivery of residential real estate projects to work from brief development to hand-over.

Reporting to the Senior Development Manager and working closely with the Development Managers, you will be responsible for coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure targets are achieved on schedule and provide assistance where necessary to ensure allocated tasks are completed in line with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with landowners, option holders and real estate agents to obtain potential project information on potential new project opportunities.
• Conducting research on general market conditions, local sales, and development costs
• Assist in preparing development summary, feasibility studies and investment reports for potential projects.
• Prepare consultant lists for tender for design and services disciplines appropriate for specific projects.
• Work with the development managers to appoint consultant teams to provide services to specific projects including scope of works, fees, RFT, tender review, recommendations, and consultancy agreements.
• Assist the development managers with monthly performance reporting requirements including report preparation and feasibility update.
• Create effective processes between internal stakeholders by developing checklists, reference manuals, reporting, systems, communication, etc.
• Ensure completion and handover is done in accordance with the Handover Manual.

You will possess:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the development brief preparation, design management, and planning.
• Knowledge of marketing, sales, and procurement.
• Competence in settlements, hand-over and a focus customer service.
