Operational Readiness Engineer – Heavy Industrial Giant

Reporting to the MTEC Manager, you will be part of a team that ensures the Project delivers the infrastructure, systems, trained people and other resources necessary for a successful start-up, seamless transition and ongoing safe, compliant, reliable, cost-effective operation of the plant and new and upgraded machinery and equipment. To achieve this, you will assist in the development of MTEC (Manuals, Training, Equipment and Commissioning) to enusre Operational Readiness.

You will possess:

• Experience in the delivery of brownfield projects in heavy industry
• Experience in Operational Readiness.
• Risk Management or other safety or assurance skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, health, the environment and community.
• Experience in working with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience in the planning management and delivery of major plant outages.
