Project Manager - Civil

Seeking a Civil Engineer for a Project Management position, providing an opportunity to deliver complex, innovative projects that sometimes come with engineering and environmental challenges, logistical constraints, and stakeholder impacts. You may be exposed to major infrastructure projects across roads, water, airports, defence, and renewables.

Based in Adelaide, this is a contract position that will provide an excellent step forward in your career aspirations.

About the Role

• Preference is for experience in the "pre-contracts" stage, crucial for setting the foundation for entire projects.
• Oversee projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and budget.
• Coordinate with the extended team to authorize construction plans and schedules for timely project completion.
• Monitor compliance with performance specifications throughout the project duration.
• Assess abnormal risks in tender documents.
• Prepare and submit major contractual claims.
• Proven multi-disciplined experience within the construction industry.

Abou You

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• 10+ years post-graduate experience within a Principal Contractor environment.
• Experience in managing large scale projects in excess $100M
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must have full working right in Australia and be living in Adelaide.
