Remedial Project Manager – up to $150k

This reputable D&C firm needs a talented Remedial Project Manager to oversee all aspects of remediation projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of remediation projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify project requirements and potential risks
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
• Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Prepare and submit project progress reports to senior management
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
• Participate in business development activities, including client meetings and proposal writing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the remediation or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite
• PMP certification is a plus.
