This reputable D&C firm needs a talented Remedial Project Manager to oversee all aspects of remediation projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of remediation projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify project requirements and potential risks
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
- Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Prepare and submit project progress reports to senior management
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Participate in business development activities, including client meetings and proposal writing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the remediation or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite
- PMP certification is a plus.
