As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients, resolving complex IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems. You will work closely with other IT professionals to deliver high-quality service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT problems in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
  • Collaborate with Level 1 support to escalate and resolve issues.
  • Document and track support requests and resolutions using our ticketing system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Level 1 or 2 IT Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
