Service Delivery Lead – Industrial Control Systems

Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will be responsible for guiding a team of technicians in the delivery of advanced control systems solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and optimising the productivity of the major industrial assets and operations with clients including the likes of Sydney Airport, major road projects, defence, and critical infrastructure e.g. water, utilities, etc.

You will possess

• Solid experience gained in the industrial automation sector
• Experience in overseeing the design and construction of industrial electrical and control systems across all phases: concept, design, construction, and commissioning.
• Ability to direct engineering and construction personnel in their daily duties and overall project goals
• Proven ability to bid manage and tender small to medium work packages.
• Strong understanding of contract negotiation and administration.
• Proven ability to apply project management methodology.
• Exceptional planning and organisation skills.

Key requirements

• 5+ years’ experience working as a Delivery Lead/Project Manager.
• Experience in finance and cost management.
  Excellent client outcome focus.
• The ability to juggle competing priorities
• A desire to deliver quality solutions
