Project Manager - Power Distrbution

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage projects related to electrical and power distribution networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, power distribution, and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical/power distribution network projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and change orders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical/power distribution industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution networks, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
