Seeking applications from experienced PMO Coordinators for an exciting short-term opportunity in Darwin.
You will develop and maintain the Project Management Office (PMO) systems required for the monitoring and management of all projects relating to Assets & Engineering across the Company.
Immediate start required with a contract duration of at least 3 months.
About the Role
- Design and maintain automated dashboards and reports required for various committees (Project Governance Committee, Executive Leadership Team and the Board)?
- Liaise across all project areas of the Company to develop and maintain an up to date portfolio of progress on all current and future projects.
- Maintain data integrity and reconcile across systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of project reporting.
- Provide advice and guidance to Project Managers in relation to contractual and procurement processes, document preparation and financial delegations.
About You
- Sound ability to develop and manage complex project portfolio management systems to support the implementation of strategies.
- Ability to provide specialist project administration advice and services to Project Managers and teams.
- Demonstrated high level computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Project and similar project management systems.
- Demonstrative project and portfolio management skills.
- Project Management/Administration qualifications advantageous.
- Public Sector experience in a utilities setting.
