Building Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nominated Building Work Supervisor for project work that will enable the delivery of high-quality energy infrastructure and solar solutions across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Nominated Supervisor
• Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and standards.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and tradespeople on-site.
• Ensure quality assurance and safety standards are met across all projects.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders as required.

Technical Requirements:

Applicants must hold a current SA Building Work Supervisor Registration with the following conditions attached to their licence:

• Concrete Floor Paving
• Energy and Telecommunications Infrastructure Installation
• Footing Construction
• PV Solar Panel Installation

Additional requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in supervising building work in the above categories.
• Strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certificate IV or higher in Building and Construction or equivalent.
• Electrical or solar accreditation (e.g., CEC Accreditation) is a plus.
• Experience working with energy utilities or infrastructure projects.
