Development Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the Charge: Oversee the final development and deployment of the Sage application.
• Champion User Onboarding: Support rollout strategies and ensure users are confident and capable.
• Inspire Your Team: Manage and motivate a skilled team to deliver results with purpose and pride.
• Own the Project: Keep timelines tight, stakeholders informed, and quality high.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work with QA, product, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Drive Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements for long-term success.

• Proven experience in software development and project management.
• Strong leadership chops with a track record of delivering complex applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with budget or financial systems – Sage experience is a big plus!
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, user training, and support strategies.

Requirements

• Located in Darwin or willing to relocate
• National Police Clearance
• Relevant qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
