We are seeking a skilled Project Governance Officer to provide secretariat and governance support across a portfolio of complex ICT programs and digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Contract Length: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality administrative support including documentation, reporting, and briefing materials.
- Manage project performance and outcome reporting systems.
- Provide data governance advice, access management, training, and compliance monitoring.
- Offer specialist advice on governance, quality assurance, and risk mitigation frameworks.
- Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure governance plans are followed.
- Work closely with team members to align governance activities and contribute innovative solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong secretariat skills, including facilitation of governance and steering committee meetings.
- In-depth knowledge of governance and risk management frameworks.
- Advanced understanding of project administration methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and quality outcomes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
Desirable Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Project Management.
