Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced SCADA systems, with a focus on MOSAIC SCADA platforms.
- Develop and maintain SCADA architectures for water treatment, distribution, and wastewater facilities.
- Create detailed technical documentation including functional specifications, network diagrams, and control philosophies.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of SCADA systems.
- Conduct system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal reliability and uptime.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Stay abreast of emerging SCADA technologies, cybersecurity standards, and industry best practices.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in control systems engineering, with a strong focus on SCADA.
- Proven experience working with MOSAIC SCADA systems or Yokogawa CI Server is essential.
- Proven background in the Water industry, including water/wastewater treatment and distribution systems.
- Proficiency in PLC programming and integration with SCADA platforms.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
