Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex OT cyber security programs in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement across the organisation.
• Drive strategic planning and governance for cyber security initiatives.
• Oversee teams of cyber security experts developing OT- specific governance frameworks and conducting Cyber Security Operational Impact Studies.
• Ensure all program activities comply with relevant standards and legislation, including the SoCI Act, IEC/ISA 62443, ISO 27001, NIST, and applicable state and federal data protection laws.

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related technology field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading cyber security projects, ideally within OT environments.
• Proven track record in managing projects within government or large-scale organisations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across government, private, and industry sectors.
• Deep understanding of critical infrastructure standards and regulatory frameworks.
