We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact digital transformation initiative within a government agency focused on public safety and inter-agency collaboration.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant reform project that enhances data sharing, legislative alignment, and operational capability across law enforcement and justice sectors.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing multiple workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of project outcomes. Reporting to a Program Director, you’ll play a key role in driving change across:

  • Data uplift and quality assurance
  • System and portal enhancement
  • Legislative and policy reform
  • Integration and cross-agency collaboration
  • Business change and stakeholder engagement

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery within a structured governance framework
  • Influence stakeholder expectations and foster collaboration
  • Prepare high-quality documentation, reports, and briefings
  • Represent the program in national forums and working groups
  • Monitor risks, performance, and interdependencies
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in law enforcement, justice, or related sectors
  • Strong understanding of legislative frameworks and inter-agency coordination
  • Proven success in ICT-enabled business change projects
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • High-level project management and leadership capabilities

Desirable:

  • Formal qualifications in project management or public administration
  • Familiarity with government data systems and case-management platforms
  • Experience with legislative reform and digital transformation

  • Clearances: National Police Clearance and PF166 required
  • Start Date: ASAP
