We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on leader to spearhead a major SCADA/OT system replacement for a large-scale water utility. About the Role
This is a sleeves-rolled-up leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about delivering meaningful change. You’ll lead a dedicated project team through the full lifecycle, from planning and stakeholder engagement to delivery and optimisation. Ensuring outcomes that align with strategic goals and deliver long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of complex IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Bimodal methodologies
• Lead stakeholder engagement across technology, operations, and external vendors
• Manage multimillion-dollar budgets and oversee financial performance
• Ensure scope, timelines, quality, and vendor contracts are effectively managed
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery
• Embed safety, inclusion, and collaboration into project culture

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in large-scale technical transformations
• Deep understanding of SCADA systems and hands-on rollout experience
• Formal PM qualifications (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile) highly regarded
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities
• Experience in operational plant environments and heavy industry preferred
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
