About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology initiatives that drive business outcomes and efficiencies. This role involves managing multiple ICT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, and fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
This is a long-term Contracting Position based in DARWIN to start immediately to mid 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and project management for new ICT services and technology initiatives.
- Manage allocated ICT projects to achieve business objectives and efficiencies.
- Define project scope, funding, and special requirements.
- Maintain project vision and urgency to drive results.
- Oversee project milestones, ensuring cost, quality, and time targets are met.
- Develop tender documentation, manage tender processes, and finalize contracts for software/hardware acquisition.
- Prepare reports and documentation on project status, financial issues, risk, and change management.
- Liaise and negotiate between parties with competing interests to achieve agreed outcomes.

- Demonstrated knowledge of best-practice project management, financial management, and information management.
- Sound understanding of procurement procedures and practices.
- Experience implementing change management principles.
- Proven ability to deliver projects successfully on time, within budget, and to scope.
