Maintenance Scheduler

Take the lead in shaping the future of power generation maintenance! We’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Scheduler to drive preventative maintenance strategies and ensure operational excellence across two major power stations.

What You’ll Do

• Plan & Schedule: Develop weekly and monthly maintenance plans, balancing resources, backlog, and preventative regimes.
• Forecast & Prepare: Anticipate future resource needs and ensure parts, consumables, and equipment are ready.
• Improve & Innovate: Continuously refine maintenance strategies and logistics.
• Coordinate & Communicate: Liaise on maintenance and repair activities, keeping accurate records.
• Collaborate: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Champion Safety: Work in line with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant tertiary or trade qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Strong background in planning and scheduling within power generation or heavy industry.
• Proficiency with maintenance software, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and cultures.
• Solid understanding of occupational health and safety practices.

Desirable: Post-trade or postgraduate qualifications.
