Residential Electrical Engineer/Project Manager

You will enjoy a varied role encompassing leading and managing the delivery of electrical works in residential projects in collaboration with vendors. You will drive vendor management concurrently, ensuring contractual obligations, timelines, and quality outcomes are achieved and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and vendors to establish and maintain commercial objectives. You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, and provide regular reporting on project progress.

You will possess

• Minimum of five years’ local experience in residential building projects.
• Strong knowledge of local standards, regulations, and electrical codes.
• Very strong technical background in electrical systems and installation.
• Proven experience in project management, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination.
