Senior Residential Electrical Design Engineer

You will enjoy a varied role that encompasses Electrical Design & Documentation ensuring designs comply with regulations and standards and provide compliance guidance, where needed. You will also be involved in conducting site inspections and preparing technical reports. You will provide cost estimates, budgets, and variation assessments and attend design meetings and coordinate with internal and external teams.

You will possess

• Minimum 5 years of local experience in residential electrical design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for preparing detailed drawings.
• Knowledge of Lux level, maximum demand, cable sizing and voltage drop calculations
• Strong knowledge of the Design Practitioner Act, NSW codes, and standards.
• Experience in site inspections and technical report preparation.
• Proven experience in cost estimation and budget preparation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
