Construction Coordinator - Night Shift

Heavy industrial giant needs a talented Construction Coordinator with experience of formwork, reinforcement, and pouring concrete.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating and managing all construction activities on a massive industrial manufacturing project; focusing on safety and ensuring the project risks are identified and managed.
• Managing the day-to-day construction work and procurement activities, resource/application requirements and project issues.
• Managing internal and external stakeholders’ relations with sub-contractors, the client and internal staff.
• Coordinating sub-contractors and the quality of their work.
• Providing accurate input into forecasting of the program resource & financial requirements

You will possess

• 10+ years of experience co-ordinating site works for capital projects or maintenance activities.
• Experience of formwork, reinforcement, and pouring concrete.
• Sufficiently broad understanding of engineering, and construction to allow safe integration of project workstreams.
• Experience gained whilst working in heavy industrial manufacturing facilities and associated infrastructure.
