Senior Secondary Engineer – key Australian player

Reporting to the Secondary Team Lead, you will provide technical support and guidance to team members, act as a technical authority of secondary designs whilst playing a key role in the successful delivery of designs across the project portfolio. Essentially, you will contribute expert knowledge across all Secondary System related deliverables.

You will possess:

• Detailed knowledge of secondary design, familiarity with protection schemes, substation and renewables engineering principles
• knowledge in HV and UHV transmission protection design and power engineering fundamentals.
• Technical management skills in leading, structuring and delivering processes, procedures and templates along with estimating skills for engineering.
• University degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience carrying out designs for major transmission utilities (particularly with Transgrid)
