IT Project Manager - Top $$$

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver structured project management across a key workstream within a large-scale Operations Excellence Program (OEP). This role will focus on embedding Lean methodologies and driving measurable, incremental improvements across operational processes.

You will leverage completed gap analysis and process mapping activities to deliver value, improve end-to-end works management performance, and support the successful adoption of new processes across operations.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong delivery discipline, stakeholder engagement capability, and a pragmatic approach to change.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, RAID management, and reporting
• Manage project resources and coordinate cross-functional project teams
• Ensure delivery milestones, dependencies, and risks are actively managed

Lean Process Improvement

• Apply Lean methodologies to analyse current-state processes and design improved future-state solutions
• Translate process improvements into practical, implementable operational changes
• Drive incremental value realisation from identified improvement opportunities

Stakeholder Engagement & Change

• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with operational and leadership stakeholders
• Develop clear communications to support understanding and adoption of new processes
• Support operational readiness and transition to business-as-usual

Benefits & Performance Tracking

• Establish KPIs, baselines, and benefits tracking frameworks
• Monitor and report on benefits realisation and performance improvements

Governance & Reporting

• Prepare governance documentation including steering committee packs and decision logs
• Provide clear, concise monthly project reporting to senior stakeholders
