Project Manager – Networks

We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical technology projects within a mining environment. This role focuses on network infrastructure and systems integration, with strong crossover between OT and IT environments.

You’ll play a key role in delivering infrastructure upgrades and enhancements, ensuring reliable, secure and scalable technology systems that support mining operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network and technology infrastructure projects
• Deliver projects across:
  • Industrial and enterprise network infrastructure
  • OT/IT integration
  • Control systems environments (SCADA/PLC interfaces)
  • Supporting infrastructure, applications and data platforms
• Partner with engineering, operations and technology teams to define and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
• Manage project governance, project scope, schedule, budget, risks and contractors
• Ensure alignment with site standards, governance and safety requirements
• Drive integration between legacy systems and new technologies
• Provide leadership across cross-functional technical teams

About You

• Proven background as a Project Manager delivering network or technology infrastructure projects
• Technical foundation in either:
  • Technology infrastructure (networks, systems, platforms), or
  • Control systems / OT engineering (SCADA, PLC, industrial networks)
• Strong experience working across OT and IT environments
• Experience delivering projects in mining, resources, or heavy industry
• Confident engaging with both technical specialists and operational stakeholders
• Solid capability across governance, risk and commercial project delivery

Experience Required

• 10+ years’ experience across technology, engineering or infrastructure delivery
• 5+ years in project management roles
• Demonstrated experience in network infrastructure and/or control systems projects
• Experience within mining or similar industrial environments highly regarded
• Relevant qualifications in Engineering, IT and Project Management
