Cost Controller/Cashflow Analyst

You will act as the gatekeeper for NRC expenditure, challenging and controlling commitments in line with governance frameworks, while partnering closely with Development, Finance, Commercial, Cost, Delivery and Project Teams to provide clear insights on spend, commitments, risks and cost drivers. You will use your expertise to enforce cost discipline , and where necessary, challenge stakeholders and influence cost outcomes. Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills are a must.

You will possess:

• Experience in cost control, cashflow forecasting and CAPEX budget management
• Experience gained in construction, infrastructure or related industries.
• Strong financial analysis capability
• Experience with financial systems, and ERP platforms, cost tracking tools, dashboards
• Advanced Excel/reporting skills
