Contract Manager

We're seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support the successful delivery of complex projects across infrastructure, engineering, resources, utilities, environmental, or industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the administration and performance of contracts throughout the project lifecycle
  
• Monitor contractor deliverables, schedules, costs, risks, and compliance obligations
  
• Review and assess contract variations, claims, extensions of time, and commercial proposals
  
• Maintain contract registers, risk registers, action trackers, and reporting systems
  
• Review invoices and verify claims against approved works and contractual requirements
  
• Facilitate communication between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  
• Prepare regular project and contract performance reports
  
• Identify and manage contractual, commercial, and delivery risks
  

About You

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in contract management, commercial management, procurement, or project controls
  
• Strong understanding of contract administration and contractor management
  
• Experience managing variations, claims, scope changes, and commercial risks
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  
• The ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams
  

Highly Regarded

• Experience in construction, infrastructure, mining, energy, utilities, environmental, or industrial projects
  
• Exposure to government or highly regulated environments
  
• Knowledge of procurement and contract governance frameworks
  
• Experience managing multiple contractors and service providers
