Senior Program Manager | Operational Technology

Lead complex OT programs that shape critical infrastructure and operational assets.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of Operational Technology initiatives for a major organisation. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing multiple interconnected projects and working across operational, construction, engineering, technology and corporate teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and has successfully delivered large-scale OT, infrastructure or construction-related programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and govern a portfolio of OT projects and initiatives.
• Oversee program delivery across areas such as automation, industrial systems, infrastructure and operational assets.
• Coordinate multiple project streams, ensuring alignment to business objectives.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across operations, engineering, construction, IT and corporate functions.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, budgets and schedules.
• Drive program governance, reporting and executive communications.
• Ensure successful integration between business, technology and operational outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience as a Program Manager delivering large, complex programs.
• Strong background in Operational Technology, industrial environments, infrastructure, utilities, ports, mining, transport or construction projects.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders from operational teams through to executive leadership.
• Strong commercial, governance and risk management capabilities.
• Experience working across both technical and non-technical teams.
