Mechanical Site/Construction Coordinators

Reporting to the Construction Manager you will support works spanning Refractory demolition and installation, Scaffolding, Heavy Crane lifts (> 200 T), NDT and Inspections, Civil demolition and installation, and Off-site Overhauls. You will be proficient in making good decisions based on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, judgement and consultation and be able to quickly switch between the big picture and detail as the situation dictates. Key to the success of this role is active communication and
thorough documentation.

You will possess:

• 10+ years Mechancal Site/Construction Coordinator
• Experience co-ordinating site works for capital projects or maintenance activities in heavy industry including HSEC, employee relations, and contractor management
• Experience in the planning, management and delivery of major plant outages
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, health, the environment and community
• Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups
• Sound knowledge of project scheduling tools
• A broad understanding of engineering, construction and commissioning to allow safe integration of construction and project workstreams
• High-level understanding of SAP system
