System Administrator

Territory Generation | Darwin, NT 6-Month Contract | Immediate Start Available Salary: $123,429 - $149,701 + Super (experience dependent)

Territory Generation is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join their Finance & Business Services team in Darwin on an initial six-month engagement. This role is responsible for the administration, support and continuous improvement of critical business systems that underpin the Territory's electricity generation operations.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, project teams and software vendors, you will provide specialist technical support, manage system enhancements and deliver operational excellence across key enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administration, maintenance and support for business-critical systems including ERP, asset management and compliance platforms.
• Investigate, analyse and resolve system incidents, service requests and technical issues.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, integrations and data migration initiatives.
• Monitor system performance, security, access controls and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain relationships with software vendors and external service providers.
• Assist with business process improvement initiatives and major system change projects.
• Develop and deliver system training, documentation and user support materials.

About You

You will bring:

• Experience supporting and administering enterprise business systems such as Pronto, Surpass, Intelex or similar platforms.
• Strong ICT support and troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of systems analysis, user requirements gathering, implementation and ongoing maintenance.
• Understanding of user security, access management and system governance.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently, manage priorities and solve complex technical issues.
