We are seeking experienced Contract Coordinators to support the delivery of maintenance and operational works across critical infrastructure assets.
Working within an operations environment, you will be responsible for coordinating contractors, managing stakeholder relationships, administering contracts, and ensuring maintenance activities are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of maintenance works across operational assets
- Monitor maintenance programs in collaboration with planning, scheduling and operations teams
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure activities are delivered to agreed schedules
- Administer contracts in accordance with governance and compliance requirements
- Monitor contractor performance, safety, quality and contractual obligations
- Support contractor engagement, quoting activities and contract award processes
- Prepare progress reports and project documentation for stakeholders
- Support maintenance and operational teams to achieve delivery objectives
- Maintain accurate information within contract, project and asset management systems
- Develop strong working relationships with contractors, consultants and service providers
About You
You will have experience in contract coordination, contract administration, project coordination or maintenance delivery within a complex operational environment.
Essential Experience
- Experience coordinating contracts, projects or maintenance activities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience managing contractors and consultants in infrastructure, utilities, industrial, engineering or operational environments
- Sound understanding of contract administration, procurement and tender processes
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract or project management systems
- Current Driver's Licence
Highly Regarded
- Experience within utilities, infrastructure, water, wastewater, treatment, resource recovery or other asset-intensive industries
- Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling practices
- Experience using SAP, Maximo or similar systems
- Qualifications in project management, engineering, construction management or a related discipline
