About You
As the Contract Administration Coordinator, you will report to the Executive General Manager and support our Talent Manager’s to provide high level document and administration support, preparation of various confidential documents and reports, coordination of correspondence, organising interviews and meetings, taking meeting minutes and assist with the businesses Quality control and compliance. You will work closely with the Experts (candidate’s), Clients, line and hiring managers and the broader SAGE group’s admin, finance, legal and HR functions.
You must be able to communicate professionally at all levels, ensuring a high touch / high quality approach is taken along with accuracy and consistency in document control and system integrity. You will be articulate, friendly, approachable and be a natural people person who has well developed written and spoken communication skills. A strong attention to detail will ensure you provide and maintain a high-quality work standard, productivity, and service.

  • An innate ability to prioritise your work to meet the business objectives.
  • Experience in coordinating and preparing reports, presentations, briefing papers, and any other documents in accordance with the business and contract needs
  • The ability to provide high attention to details and maintain accuracy
  • Previous contract admin, coordination, data entry, document control and contract preparation experience essential
