As a SAGE Group Talent Acquisition Partner, you will provide expertise in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the business. Partnering with leaders across national locations, this critical role will provide coaching, training and expert advice relating to both internal and external recruitment activities and onboarding matters.

The TA Partner contributes to a high functioning and contemporary Talent Acquisition model. Following SAGE’s business strategy, you will ensure recruitment activities are aligned with business plans and strategic intent, and the recruitment and onboarding process is consistently applied to a high standard.

About the Role

  • Ensure the integrity of the recruitment process is maintained by overseeing compliance of the appropriate HR Authorities and approvals.
  • Provide expert advice on talent acquisition.
  • Build talent pools for key skills and roles identified through workforce planning activities.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a timely manner and to a high standard including:
    • Identification of new and replacement roles.
    • Develop recruitment process strategies for individual assignments.
    • Formulate and implement effective sourcing strategies and design creative campaigns across multiple platforms and job boards.
    • Create job advertisements.
    • Utilise the appropriate sourcing tool to connect and attract top talent.
    • Active consultation with the Hiring Manager to develop screening templates and deliver a relevant shortlist.
    • Attend panel interviews and provide valuable insight.
    • Manage candidate communication and expectations throughout the process.
    • Facilitate the selection process including pre-employment checks and oversee the induction and on-boarding process.

About You

  • Customer centric, solution focused and a proactive professional.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in recruiting, either from an agency or internal.
  • Demonstrable stakeholder engagement capability with integrity to deliver on promises.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excel in relationship building and a collaborative work style.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field advantageous.
