Electrical Engineer – Senior Position (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• Electrical Systems Development: Provide specialist support in developing, delivering, and implementing electrical solutions within the plant. This includes designing and optimizing electrical systems for efficiency and safety.
• Factory Improvements: Identify opportunities for factory improvements related to electrical systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
• Project Management: Work on projects from start to finish, ensuring successful implementation of electrical solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project and production requirements. Effective communication and teamwork are essential.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in high-volume manufacturing or a similar field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Automation Systems: Demonstrated knowledge of automation systems, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces).
  • Safety Systems: Familiarity with safety systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Fluid Power Systems: Understanding of pneumatics and hydraulic systems.
  • Project Documentation: Proven competence in creating project documentation.
  • Siemens Automation: Knowledge of Siemens Automation systems is advantageous.
  • Project Implementation: Experience in project implementation and on-site commissioning.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
