Logistics Coordinator w/ forklift licence – Top $$$

You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is delivered safely, efficiently and securely to the various designated project warehouses and laydown areas, containers destuffed and packaging removed to allow Open Package Inspections to take place, notification to the relevant engineers, inspectors and/or construction coordinators to conduct the necessary inspections, labelled and re-packaged appropriately for storage and future transport to site as well as organise any routine storage tasks such as rotation of equipment as required to meet warranty requirements for extended storage.

Key to the success of this role is clear communication with the Area teams, Construction team, MTEC team and external service providers including OEMs and transport companies.

You will possess:

• Experience in warehouse management and logistics
• High-level understanding of SAP / ERP system considerations
• Competent and qualified in driving a forklift and ideally an overhead crane
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional groups and thrive in a team environment
• Prepared to make, own, and learn from mistakes
• Ability to read an engineering drawing/parts list
• Well-developed planning and organisational skills
• Proficiency in English
• Proficient in auditing in safety and quality systems
