Innovative and incredibly well back solar company requires a Reliability Engineer to lead, manage & provide technical support & expertise for manufacturing asset management & reliability.

Working within Asset Management and Reliability you will be responsible for supporting the auditing, trouble shooting and on-going development of a 1^st generation multistage manufacturing line. In conjunction with other team members, you will design, build and maintain equipment maintenance strategies for all equipment within the operational area of responsibility. AS the organisation continues to develop your focus will shift to support the design and build of the 2^nd generation line facilitating the ability to scale up manufacturing volume.

You will possess:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in introducing and/or modifying assets and infrastructure in a high volume manufacturing environment.
• Asset Management expertise in resource industry including FMECA/ RCM facilitation
• Strong Root Cause Analysis experience
• Knowledge of Statistical and Data analysis
• Experience in Project, Risk and Change Management
• A working knowledge of C++
