Commissioning Consultant

We are seeking an Engineer for a pivotal role leading the Building Services Commissioning for a state-of-the-art multi-story car park facility. You will be dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort.

This is a Short-term engagement for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-commissioning phase
You will review design documents, specifications, and equipment manuals, conduct thorough inspections of equipment and installations to ensure compliance, and perform initial functional tests with precision.
You will also lead pre-commissioning meetings and effectively manage stakeholder interactions.

During commissioning, you will execute comprehensive testing of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, communication systems, SCADA systems, fire systems, and other critical building systems.
Your role will involve calibrating sensors, controllers, and actuators with accuracy, balancing air and water flows to optimal levels, seamlessly integrating control systems, validating system performance under diverse conditions, and promptly identifying and addressing any deficiencies.

Post-commissioning phase
You'll provide in-depth training to building operators on system operation and maintenance, update as-built drawings and manuals to reflect the final installation, and monitor system performance to ensure sustained excellence.

Skills Required

We are looking for someone with extensive technical knowledge of building systems and proven experience with multi-story car park projects. Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have certifications such as Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), LEED Accreditation, ASHRAE Certification (e.g., Building Commissioning Professional), and Project Management Certification.

An engineering degree and familiarity with PTA processes are also highly desirable.
