Electrical Systems - Maintenance Manager

Job Description:

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Qualified Electrician / Engineer to lead the maintenance team at a busy dockyard. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities related to a wide range of electrical systems on a variety of naval vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of electricians in performing maintenance tasks on naval vessels.
• Ensure all electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues on a wide range of naval equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Implement and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• Trade qualification as an electrician.
• Extensive experience in a dockyard or similar environment.
• Demonstrable leadership experience in managing a team.
